Gail Jeffrey has been named the Director of Dietary and Environmental Services at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
Jeffrey’s departments prepare all meals for patients, visitors and staff; and maintain the cleanliness of patient rooms, testing and treatment areas, physician offices and public areas. She is a member of the management team and safety committee.
Jeffrey’s prior work experience includes serving as the director of nutrition and transportation at Mansfield Memorial Homes, and the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) at West View Manor in Wooster. She is state certified in food safety.
A Shelby resident, Jeffrey has a grown daughter and enjoys nature and gardening.
